- Hi! I teach Gfted Ed (High Ability) for grades K-5 with a focus on 3rd through 5th grade, and I LOVE my job!!! This fall with be my fourth year in GT. Prior to that, I taught early elementary K-2. I started teaching while we were living in Saudi Arabia and earned my PGCE through the University of Sunderland, Sunderland, England. I taught in a British international school which was very rewarding. I have been back in Nebraska for about five years and really love teaching. Every day is different and it is amazing to see what kids can do if they are given the chance. One of my units is Leadership for my 5th graders and I am always looking for new ideas to help them develop this skill. I would appreciate any help or insight!
