The best Educational Leadership Text Books?

There are several textbooks that I feel are helpful. One of them is entitled ' Higher Education Administration/A Guide To Legal, Ethical and Practical Issues '. There are two authors. They are Norma Goonen and Rachel Blechman. It is published by Greenwood Press of Westport, Connecticut. It was published in 1999, but in my opinion, it gave me a birds eye view of the discipline. The book approaches college administration in three parts. It first gives facts, then a specific case, then possible approaches to the case. Whenever I give speeches or input into conferences or seminars, I tend to give little snippets from the relative chapters. I hope this helps a little bit.
